Matt found our "dream house" for us in only 4 days

This was our first experience with a real estate company or agent. Purely by chance, my husband and I met Matt Dimmick at an open house on Northwood on February 28.

After talking with us and discovering what our minimum requirements for a house were, the part of town we were interested in, and the top range of our budget, Matt found our ?dream house? for us in only four days.

I must tell you that we had heard so many horror stories about real estate agents, that I was very apprehensive. I am happy to say Matt listened to us, helped us with any questions we had, and did not try to push us to do something we did not want to do. Matt did not blink an eye when I told him that I would be a ?high maintenance? client that would need hand-holding, and Matt (good naturedly) provided that hand-holding when needed. If a friend asked if I could recommend a real estate agent, I would recommend Matt.
